We are working with world-class international couriers, but there can be delays that are out of our control, such as customs processing times in your specific country.
We dispatch all of our orders from the United Kingdom, and therefore parcels may be subject to additional customs and taxes upon entry to your destination country. Soyuu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International deliveries may take between 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.
